Suitable for all hob types including induction, this casserole can also be used in the oven. It is ideal for making casseroles, soups and even curries. Complete with bakelite handles either side for easy lifting and carrying. This casserole has a vented glass lid that seals in the heat, flavours and aromas - plus you can see what’s cooking! The Kuhn Rikon Classic Induction 20cm/3L casserole is suitable for use on all hob types including induction. Oven safe to 220°C and complete with a fully encapsulated impact bonded base for optimum heat distribution. BENEFITS TO 18/10 STAINLESS STEEL COOKWARE: First of all, this type of cookware is far more durable and will retain its attractive appearance for longer. 18/10 stainless steel includes 18% chromium and 10% nickel: the chrome provides hardness and rust resistance, whereas the nickel is extremely rust, corrosion and stain resistant. Dishwasher safe but hand washing is recommended.
