Do you need excellent raw material made of grain, straw, alfalfa or wood flakes for your pellet press to produce pellets? Then make it yourself with the hammer mill from Wiesenfield! The powerful machine shreds a wide variety of materials into grain sizes that you can easily process further. In this way, you get exactly the regrind you need for animal feed production or for the production of wood pellets. With an output of 2.2 kW, the motor drives the 12 hammers in the mill, which reach a rotational speed of 2986 rpm. Thanks to the balanced performance values, you can achieve a production quantity of 30 - 120 kg/h with the hammermill. Note that the amount depends on the type of grain or raw material and the moisture content of the material. For best results, the humidity should not exceed 15%. The centrifugal forces that act on the grist during crushing drive the grains against the outer sieve. The size of the holes in the sieve determines how coarse your grinder will be. Hole sizes of 3, 4 and 7 mm are available for the hammer pulveriser. The finished ground material is released via a side ejector. The hammer crusher for pellet production is impressive with its easy handling, a large feed hopper as well as a robust construction, thanks to which you also quickly produce and further process ground material. The stable work table guarantees safe production at all times.
