It also boasts a heated and illuminated chamber, a stirring system and an automatic thermostat. The popcorn machine works with an output of 1500 W and quickly reaches operating temperature. The high-performance motor guarantees consistent heat distribution, ensuring the kernels pop evenly. The appliance produces 16 litres of popcorn per hour (approx. 5 kg/h) – perfect for commercial use to quickly make large quantities of popcorn and keep it nice and warm. Whether sweet or savoury popcorn –everything is possible with this popcorn maker. The machine works with 2 different temperatures. For popcorn with sugar, use the lower temperature of 195 °C, for classic popcorn, we recommend 235 °C. This makes the popcorn machine particularly suitable for snack bars in cinemas, at events of all kinds or for large celebrations. Our recommendation for crunchy popcorn: Use coconut oil, as it can withstand temperatures of up to 240 °C without burning. A real highlight: The pot is non-stick- coated, so the popcorn won't burn. This eases cleaning, cuts costs, and makes the snack healthier as you're using less oil. The corn kettle also features a stirring rod that rotates at a minimum height above the kettle's bottom to stir the corn. You activate the stirring mode using a separate button. The pot has a diameter of 18 cm and a depth of 6 cm. Use the handy plastic handle to empty the pot easily and avoid burns. The lightweight lid of the corn kettle retains the temperature inside and ensures the finished popcorn easily tips into the lower chamber. To clean, simply remove the kettle from the chamber. The popcorn machine is easy to clean because it is made of high-quality stainless steel and tempered glass. This makes the appliance very robust and food-safe. For mobile use, the popcorn cart features two large and two small castors that can be turned 360° and have a locking brake. The practical base cabinet offers plenty of space for the included utensils like the measuring cup and handy portion scoop.
