This Global G-41146 Water Mizu 3pc Knife Set includes: G-4 18cm Oriental Cook's Knife, GS-11 15cm Flexible Utility and GSF-46 8cm Peeling Knife. >Each of the knives in this set are inspired by water - fluid and formless with the ability to adapt and change. Global knives are crafted from high quality Cromova18 stainless steel and ice hardened to Rockwell 56-58. Each blade features an acute 15° cutting edge which holds its razor sharp edge for longer, yet is easily sharpened when required. The hollow handle is filled with sand to provide excellent balance whilst the classic Global dotted handle provides a secure grip. Smooth contours and seamless construction eliminate food or dirt traps, offering the ultimate in safety and hygiene.   Knives are not for sale to persons under the age of 18. - all knives and bladed products are delivered by Age Verified Delivery (AVD).
