The grinder timer is accurate to half a second which roughly equals half a gram of ground coffee for precise control over coffee dosage. Low pressure pre-infusion gently soaks the coffee before extraction for even espresso extraction. PID temperature control gives precise and stable temperature of water during espresso extraction for a more balanced flavour. The 54mm portafilter allows between 18 and 22 grams of coffee for the perfect dose of espresso. All of these features are integrated into an extremely elegant design. The brushed stainless steel construction is both stylish and practical and will look good in a traditional or contemporary kitchen.
