The Bunny playhouse with platform is a great place to play with just that extra bit of added excitement from the raised platform. Boys and girls will adore this special den and it is sure to keep them happy for a long, long time. The playhouse is fully CE certified and complies with BS EN 71 for the safety of your children. The door is fitted with a full-length piano hinge to prevent finger traps and the windows are glazed with acrylic. It is manufactured from high-grade, slow-grown, FSC approved, northern European pine shiplap boards on sturdy 34 mm square framing. The playhouse is supplied with a dip-treated base coat preservative ready for top coating in your own choice of wood paint or stain immediately after installation. All fixings, roof felt and assembly instructions are provided. Before you assemble your building, you will need a base that is flat and level to a sufficient size. Grass, soil, or gravel are not sufficient as they will move with the weight of a building.
