The set contains a 7cm paring knife, 10cm vegetable knife, 23cm bread knife, 23cm carving knife and a 15cm chef's knife. The full tang knife blades are crafted from a single piece of high carbon stainless steel which is then precision ground to provide excellent flexibility, strength and long lasting sharpness. The handles are secured with three solid brass rivets and then hand finished in the same way they have been for generations. Shaped to fit perfectly in the hand, each handle also features an endstop to prevent them from accidently slipping during use. Although the Heritage Series knives from Taylor's Eye Witness are dishwasher safe, we would recommended hand washing. The striking double sided magnetic storage block offers space for an additional five knives on top of the five that are supplied in the set.
