Whether in the lab or in industry, the drying oven SBS-ADO-1000 can be used in many ways when materials need to be treated or disinfected with heat. You can dry rock samples, cure materials or melt wax. Thanks to the wide temperature range up to 300 °C, the hot air drying oven is suitable for many applications where the precise application of heat is required. With a volume of 58 L, the drying chamber has plenty of space for large objects or large quantities of material. With the aid of two inserts, the interior space can be used even more effectively, and the entire volume used for drying or sterilising. You can set the desired temperature between 50 and 300 °C with an PID controller. The hot air drying oven quickly reaches the desired temperature thanks to its 1,670 W output. The chosen and current temperature are shown on the easy-to-read LED display. An alarm function will alert you if the current temperature exceeds the selected temperature by more than 10 °C. The temperature is evenly distributed throughout the entire interior with the help of circulating air. In this way, the material is always heated at a constant temperature, which is reliably maintained by the thermostat with a maximum deviation of 1 °C. The door to the interior of the drying cabinet has a two-layer window made of tempered glass. This allows you to visually monitor the heated materials at all times. The dual glazing and the housing are optimally insulated to prevent heat loss and temperature fluctuations during heating. You can set the air inside to be exchanged via a control knob if required. The housing of the thermostatic drying oven is made of robust steel that can easily withstand the daily stresses and strains in the laboratory as well as in production. The interior chamber is made of stainless steel which is easy to clean and is not susceptible to corrosion or other wear and tear.
