The hot food display RCHT-1200B from Royal Catering's food service equipment collection is perfect for warming, tempering and displaying various kinds of foods such as pizza, sandwiches, fried foods or baked goods. The warming cabinet offers guests at the buffet in your hotel, cafe or restaurant consistently fresh and ready-to-eat foods - perfectly presented and easy to take. The interior of the hot food display can be promptly heated to the desired temperature with the help of an efficient and powerful 1,200 watt heating element. The temperature can be continuously adjusted between 25 and 85 °C. This temperature range makes the hot food display ideal for a variety of food items. The precise and energy-saving thermostat maintains the exact set temperature, and a digital LED display provides at-a-glance information about the current temperature and makes it easy to monitor the device. The display's rectangular shape provides more space for food items than many slanted models. The housing is made of sturdy stainless steel, a material that is corrosion-resistant, hygienic, durable and maintains its bright and shiny appearance even after decades of use. The sides are made of tempered glass and extremely safe and robust. There are two hinged doors made of the same glass on the front, with a discreet handle, making it easy and safe to remove or add food. The four rubber feet ensure the stability of the display cabinet and protect the surface underneath from scratches. There is a stainless steel frame with three shelves inside the cabinet where your products can be perfectly displayed. The shelves are 10 centimetres apart and can be conveniently pulled out of the frame like drawers. A metal fixture prevents the slide-in inserts from falling down or tipping. The shelves themselves have a raised edge on the sides that prevents product from slipping out. Each shelf of 59 x 32 centimetres offers plenty of space.
