The Oracle Touch in black truffle can adjust the precise temperature for you to a 1°C difference using digital temperature control (PID) technology. The dual head boiler delivers the correct temperature of water for your coffee. The Oracle Touch features an over pressure valve to limit the maximum pressure preventing bitterness from the coffee shot. All of the individual settings for your perfect cup of coffee can be saved on The Oracle Touch under a name allowing up to 8 personalised coffees. The dedicated boiler automatically steams milk with pressure that produces velvety micro-foam milk which creates the perfect silky smooth texture for latte art.
