Description

The Scanpan Classic Induction 32cm wok features a unique Stratanium coating which allows frying without the use of fat. The even heat distribution of the wok means there are no hotspots during cooking ensuring a healthy and even cook. The 32cm wok only requires a moderate heat to cook and fry foods as the construction retains heat evenly, saving energy. The wok is suitable for use on all hob types including induction and can be used for browning and finishing off cooking in the oven up to 260°C. The 32cm wok has a standard handle plus a helper handle, both secured in place with a patented locking system - guaranteed not to come loose along with the bases that are guaranteed never to warp. The 32cm classic induction wok is dishwasher safe for easy and convenient cleaning.
