The curved stainless steel body of this thermometer hugs the sides of cookware to make stirring easier for more evenly heated and consistent results. The oversized stay-cool nylon handle ensures hands are kept away from hot liquids whilst the adjustable, silicone-coated clip will fit onto most cookware without scratching the surface. Large, bold numbers (in Celsius and Fahrenheit) and range between 40°C to 200°C (100°F to 400°F). Key temperature ranges for various sugar stages are also printed on the paddle.
